Please do touch!

In a museum you can usually never touch the centuries-old objects. That’s why Carolina Wilcke has transformed 600-year-old oak wood which once served as the foundation for the Eindhoven city entrance, to a series of objects that stand for the benefit of the senses. The material as the object, just like a statue or painting in a museum, but this time the spectator can touch, feel, hear and smell it.
